| Hard Coat Stucco Hard coat stucco is becoming more and more popular. Some customers are more comfortable with this product over EIFS. Hard coat stucco systems are virtually maintenance free. As with any cladding, all caulk joints should be checked on a regular basis. Hard coat stucco is more prone to cracking, but Mile High Stucco reduces the chances of cracking by utilizing elastomeric finish coats, adequate control joints, and allowing appropriate cure time between coats. The finish coat is available in virtually any color. The color is integral to the finish coat so painting is not required. Mile High Stucco, Inc. uses only the highest quality materials from well known manufacturers. A five to seven year warranty may be available depending on system installed. |
